Premium Salem turmeric fingers - High curcumin content (3-5%) - APEDA and FSSAI certified export quality

Turmeric (Fingers / Powder)

The Farm: The Golden Fields of Salem

Our turmeric journey begins in the fertile soils of Salem and Erode, where local farmers have perfected the art of turmeric cultivation over generations. Grown under ideal climatic conditions, our rhizomes naturally develop a high curcumin content (3-5%), giving them their signature deep yellow color and robust earthy aroma. We partner directly with certified growers to ensure pesticide-free, sustainable farming practices.

The Processing: Polishing & Grinding

Once harvested and naturally sun-dried, the turmeric fingers are brought to our processing facility. Here, they undergo rigorous cleaning to remove soil and impurities. The premium fingers are carefully polished for export, while the rest are milled into fine powder using cool-grinding technology, which preserves the essential oils, curcumin levels, and natural fragrance without heat degradation.

The Export: Sealing the Spice

Before leaving our facility, every batch is lab-tested and certified by the Spice Board of India and FSSAI. The turmeric is then vacuum-sealed or packed in double-lined jute bags to prevent moisture ingress. Finally, the golden spice is loaded into containers at Chennai Port, ready to bring authentic Indian flavor and health benefits to kitchens and industries worldwide.

1121 Sella Basmati Rice - Extra-long grains with delicate aroma - Sortex cleaned and aged for premium quality

1121 Sella Basmati Rice

The Farm: The Foothills of the Himalayas

Our 1121 Sella Basmati begins its life fed by the pure, mineral-rich rivers flowing from the Himalayas. Cultivated in the traditional basmati-growing belts of Punjab and Haryana, this extraordinary grain is renowned for its extreme length and delicate aroma. Farmers harvest the paddy carefully to ensure the grains remain intact and unbroken.

The Processing: Parboiling & Sortex

The raw paddy undergoes a specialized parboiling (sella) process. It is soaked, steamed, and dried before milling. This drives the nutrients from the bran into the grain, giving it a golden hue and ensuring it never turns sticky when cooked. Afterward, advanced Sortex technology optically scans and removes any discolored or broken grains, resulting in a 99% pure yield.

The Export: Voyage of the Royal Grain

The sorted premium grains are aged to perfection, allowing the aroma to mature. They are packed in customized BOPP or non-woven bags ranging from 5kg to 50kg based on buyer specifications. With phytosanitary certificates in hand, the rice is shipped globally, destined to grace dining tables with the ultimate biryani experience.

Dried Guntur Red Chilli - Vibrant ASTA color and optimal pungency - Lab-tested aflatoxin-free certified

Dried Red Chilli & Powder

The Farm: The Heat of Guntur

Our journey starts in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh—the chilli capital of the world. Here, the famous Teja (S17) and Byadagi varieties are cultivated under the hot Indian sun. Farmers hand-pick the chillies when they are at peak redness, ensuring maximum pungency (SHU) and brilliant ASTA color value.

The Processing: Stemming & Milling

The harvested chillies are sun-dried on vast open yards until they reach the optimal moisture level. In our facility, they are machine-cleaned, graded by size, and offered as either stemless whole chillies or milled into vibrant red powder. Our strict processing ensures zero aflatoxin contamination and preserves the fiery kick and natural oils.

The Export: Delivering the Fire

Packed tightly in cold-storage-ready bags to retain color and heat, our red chillies are dispatched to international markets. From spicy Mexican salsas to fiery Asian curries, our certified, lab-tested chilli exports add the perfect amount of heat and color to global cuisines.

Premium Green Cardamom - Bold 8mm+ pods cured in high-altitude Idukki - Spice Board of India quality approved

Green Cardamom

The Farm: The Hills of Idukki

Known as the 'Queen of Spices,' our green cardamom is sourced from the misty, high-altitude estates of Idukki, Kerala. Grown under the canopy of massive shade trees, the cardamom pods mature slowly, developing their intense, sweet, and eucalyptus-like aroma. Only fully ripe pods are hand-harvested by experienced pickers.

The Processing: Curing & Grading

Within hours of harvesting, the raw pods are washed and placed in specialized curing chambers. Carefully controlled warm air dries the pods, locking in their vibrant green color and volatile oils. The cured pods are then passed through grading machines that separate them by size (7mm, 8mm+), ensuring our buyers receive only the boldest, premium pods.

The Export: The Aromatic Journey

To preserve its delicate aroma, our premium cardamom is packed in moisture-proof, hermetically sealed pouches. Shipped primarily to the Middle East and Europe, these highly sought-after pods arrive as fresh and fragrant as the day they left the plantations of Kerala.

Fresh Nashik Red Onions - Firm bulbs with extended shelf life - Export graded 40-60mm size

Red Onion

The Farm: The Nashik Belt

Our red onions are primarily sourced from the Nashik region in Maharashtra, globally recognized for producing onions with superior pungency, deep red color, and extended shelf life. Grown during the optimal Rabi season, our farmers utilize sustainable irrigation to cultivate firm, perfectly spherical bulbs.

The Processing: Curing & Sorting

Post-harvest, the onions undergo a critical natural curing process in shaded, well-ventilated structures. This dries the outer skins, sealing the neck to prevent rot. Once cured, they are brought to our sorting facility where they are manually graded by size (40mm-60mm+) and any soft or damaged bulbs are discarded.

The Export: Ventilated Shipping

Packed in breathable red mesh bags, the onions are immediately moved to well-ventilated containers. Temperature and humidity are strictly monitored during the sea voyage to prevent sprouting or rotting. From the farms of Nashik, these kitchen staples arrive fresh and firm to supermarkets worldwide.

Sun-Ripened Fresh Tomatoes - Firm red skins selected at breaker stage - Cold chain refrigerated shipment

Fresh Tomato

The Farm: Sun-Ripened Goodness

Our export-quality tomatoes are grown in open fields and greenhouses across prime agricultural belts in South India. We select specific high-yield, thick-skinned varieties that naturally resist bruising and have a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. They are carefully hand-picked at the 'breaker' stage to allow them to ripen during transit.

The Processing: Washing & Packing

The freshly picked tomatoes are brought to our packhouse where they are gently washed, sanitized, and air-dried. They pass over sorting belts where trained personnel remove any blemished fruit. The remaining flawless tomatoes are packed into sturdy, ventilated corrugated boxes, layered with protective materials.

The Export: The Cold Chain

Maintaining the cold chain is critical for fresh produce. The packed boxes are immediately pre-cooled and loaded into refrigerated containers (reefers). Transported via sea or air freight depending on the destination, our tomatoes arrive perfectly red, firm, and ready for immediate retail display.

Exotic Pink Dragon Fruit - Freshly harvested from tropical orchards - Individually foam-net wrapped for air freight

Dragon Fruit

The Farm: The Exotic Orchards

Cultivated in specialized tropical orchards, our dragon fruit (pitaya) grows on climbing cactus vines. The striking pink and green fruit thrives in warm, humid climates with well-drained soils. Farmers carefully monitor the vines and hand-harvest the fruit only when the scales begin to change color, indicating peak sweetness and flavor.

The Processing: Gentle Handling

Because dragon fruit is delicate, it requires extremely gentle handling. At the packing facility, the fruits are softly brushed to remove dust and visually inspected for any skin damage. They are then individually wrapped in protective foam nets to prevent the sensitive scales from breaking during transport.

The Export: Premium Air Freight

As a high-value exotic fruit, our pitayas are often dispatched via air freight to ensure maximum freshness. Packed in single-layer cartons, they are kept in temperature-controlled environments. Within 48 hours of leaving the farm, these visually stunning and nutritious fruits arrive in premium international markets.

Black Mustard Seeds - High-purity tiny potent seeds - 99.9% machine-cleaned Sortex grade

Black Mustard Seeds

The Farm: The Yellow Fields of Rajasthan

The journey of our black mustard seeds begins in the vast, vibrant yellow fields of Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. A winter crop, mustard thrives in the cool, dry climate. The small, potent seeds are housed in slender pods that are carefully harvested just before they burst, ensuring the tiny seeds are not lost to the soil.

The Processing: Threshing & Cleaning

After drying in the sun, the pods are threshed to release the dark, round seeds. Because the seeds are so small, specialized gravity separators and optical sorting machines are used at our facility to meticulously remove dust, stones, and weed seeds. This guarantees a 99.9% pure, clean export grade.

The Export: The Essential Spice

Packed securely in moisture-proof PP bags, the machine-cleaned mustard seeds are ready for export. Known for their intense, pungent flavor when roasted or crushed, our black mustard seeds are a staple export to the Middle East, Europe, and Asia, forming the backbone of countless traditional recipes and commercial condiments.

Unpolished Toor Dal Pigeon Pea - High protein split yellow pea - Certified organic farm-sourced crop

Toor Dal (Pigeon Pea)

The Farm: The Heart of Indian Pulses

Toor Dal, or pigeon pea, is heavily cultivated in the dryland agricultural belts of Maharashtra and Karnataka. It is a hardy, drought-resistant crop that naturally enriches the soil with nitrogen. Farmers harvest the pods when fully mature and dry them under the intense Indian sun to achieve the correct moisture content.

The Processing: Splitting & De-husking

The raw pigeon peas are transported to our modern pulse milling facilities. Here, they undergo a multi-step process: soaking, drying, and gentle milling to remove the tough outer husk and split the cotyledons. We specialize in producing premium unpolished dal, which retains maximum nutritional value, dietary fiber, and natural flavor compared to oil-polished varieties.

The Export: A Global Staple

Once sortex-cleaned to remove discolored grains, the pure yellow split peas are packed in durable bulk bags or retail-ready packaging. Exported heavily to countries with a large South Asian diaspora and global health-food markets, our Toor Dal arrives ready to be cooked into nutritious, comforting meals.

Split Yellow Moong Dal - Skinless Sortex-cleaned premium lentils - Rich dietary fiber B2B grade

Moong Dal (Yellow)

The Farm: The Short-Season Crop

Mung beans are a remarkable, fast-growing crop cultivated across various Indian states including Rajasthan and Maharashtra. Requiring minimal water, they are often grown as a rotational crop. The small, green, whole mung beans are harvested and sun-dried by farmers, ensuring they remain free from moisture and fungal growth.

The Processing: Skinned & Split

To create yellow Moong Dal, the green whole beans are milled to remove their green outer husks and split in half. This process reveals the soft, pale yellow interior. Our advanced processing machinery ensures the dal is cleanly split without being crushed into powder. The final product is passed through sortex machines to guarantee absolute purity.

The Export: The Protein Powerhouse

Valued globally for its high protein content and easy digestibility, our split yellow Moong Dal is packed into hygienic, export-grade packaging. From savory Indian dals to sweet Asian desserts, this versatile pulse is shipped seamlessly across borders, meeting strict international food safety standards at every port.
